Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items such as clearance, customized, or final sale items are non-returnable (if applicable, list specific items here).
To start a return, please contact us at support@arssports.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@arssports.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
